We have an established progression path for those staff wanting to develop their careers. Our two school sites offer opportunities for internal promotion and the chance to develop your skills whether you are teaching or support staff. Teachers have moved from NQT to become Middle Leaders - gaining experience to support them as they move on to senior leadership. We have supported a number of TAs as they undertake studies to begin training to become teachers. Our Pre-School staff have been promoted internally or have had a change of role to work in the main school. Our expertise in school administration is well regarded locally.
