Sustainable Travel
Greenleas School encourage a healthy living ethos and environmental awareness.
We encourage children to travel to school with their parents or carers on foot by bike or scooter and have made provision on the school grounds for safe storage of these items. We actively promote this through initiatives such as Walk to School Week and The Big Pedal.

Central Bedfordshire Council provide details and information about their Travel Choices Project on their website covering bus routes cycling information and initiatives to support residents travel by alternative means to the car, an Active Travel Map which can be viewed on their website by following the highlighted links.
