On Tuesday 23rd January 2018, we welcomed Splats Entertainment to school. As part of our unit of work on Playscripts in English, Rebecca (the teacher from Splats Entertainment) helped us to learn each act from Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. We all took an active role in learning our parts. Here are some photographs from the day.
On Monday 13th November, we celebrated British Values Day.
The children welcomed councillor Farzana Kharawala to school to speak to us about her role as town councillor for our local area, Grovebury Road.
Later we welcomed Minister Reverend Steve Marsh from the Church of the Good Shepherd who spoke to us about Tolerance and Respect.
Our grandparents came to visit. We spent the afternoon showing grandparents around the school and making 3D Egyptian models. We finished the afternoon with songs and coffee in the hall.
