Herons’ Class Page

Welcome to Herons Class at Greenleas Kestrel Way. We are pleased to welcome you to our class page (Mrs Testa and Miss Fuller - Class Teachers, and Mrs Ferguson (Class Teaching Assistant). Please come and talk to us to discuss your children's celebrations, achievements and we are happy to answer any questions that you may have. Please find below a photo learning journey that shows some of the exciting activities that we have been getting up to.

On Monday 13th November, we celebrated British Values Day.

The children welcomed councillor Farzana Kharawala to school to speak to us about her role as town councillor for our local area, Grovebury Road.

Later we welcomed Minister Reverend Steve Marsh from the Church of the Good Shepherd who spoke to us about Tolerance and Respect.

Grandparents Afternoon

Our grandparents came to visit. We spent the afternoon showing grandparents around the school and making 3D Egyptian models. We finished the afternoon with songs and coffee in the hall. 

 

 

 

Our Trip to the Fitzwilliam Museum

As part of our Amazing Egyptians Topic, we visited the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge.
