As you may be aware, government funding for fruit ends at the end of Key Stage 1. However, at Greenleas we run a fruit snack initiative whereby the Year 3 and 4 children can continue to have a fruit snack at cost price.

If you wish your child to join or continue with the daily fruit scheme, please complete the form below and return along with payment, as soon as possible. If your child is entitled to Free School Meals please complete and return the form without payment. As you may be aware, government funding for fruit ends at the end of Key Stage 1.
