Office Manager - Position Closed

With two sites, over 700 pupils and a staff of 135 our Admin Team is kept busy managing the day to day routines, statutory reporting, pre-school and nursery admissions, main school admissions, and HR in addition to supporting our parents and children.  We are looking for a colleague who is experienced in working in a school office to join us.   


You will need a flexible approach and be equipped to manage two offices and a team of four assistants.   Reporting to the School Business Manager you will work alongside the Finance Manager as a key part of our Office Team.


We offer the opportunity to work in a busy school office with an endless variety of daily challenges as part of our friendly team.  The successful candidate will be required to work at both our school sites undertaking a range of admin duties.  


Hours: 35 per week, 8.30-4.30 Monday - Friday, term time only.

Salary Scale: NJC Level 4A points 11-15 FTE £22,516 (c. £18,463 actual)
