School Trips & Visits
School visits provide excellent opportunities for our children to reinforce their learning and to gain valuable experiences.
All children, including Early Years, enjoy trips and visits to support their curriculum work.
Recent trips have included:
- Bletchley Park
- Year 2 children visited the Roald Dahl Museum
- Reception children visited The Box Moor Trust
- Years 3 & 4 Children visited St Albans Abbey
- Years 1 & 2 visited Woburn Safari Park
More photos of some visits and activities are available.
We are very aware that some school trips can be more costly than others and we aim to balance this against the cost of trips across the year. Our Charging & Remissions Policy gives full details.
We are delighted to be able to provide the children with experiences that enrich the curriculum and some of our recent visitors to the school have included:
- Rob Farr – Science workshops for Years 2,3 and 4
- Widdershins Puppet Theatre Group
- Bedfordshire Music: Xylophone Capers
- Kingston Gymnastics Centre
- The Food Bus (Food Standards Agency)
- The Helicopter
