Willows pre-school

Willows pre-school is a long established friendly community pre-school located since 2009 in a brand new purpose-built building in Greenleas’ delightful grounds.   The building is shared with the school’s before and after school play clubs and provides a wonderful environment for children from 2½ to 5 years old.

Willows is committed to providing the highest quality provision of childcare and is Ofsted registered to take thirty children per session.  Morning and afternoon sessions are available and there is also a lunch club which offers hot meals.

Willows was officially opened by Lady Mayoress Karen Cursons who cut the ribbon (pictured left) assisted by some pre-school children.The new building, which opened for business at the beginning of the 2009 autumn term, is able to offer wrap around care for children who attend Greenleas’ Early Years Unit part time.  More information about Willows is available on their website..

Willows has a committed team and is committed to continual development of all team members, each of whom is trained in nationally recognised childcare qualifications.

Willows is Ofsted Registered to take 26 children per session, offers a lunch club facility, and provides a range of age appropriate activities and equipment to suit children from 2 to 5 years old, incorporating the Early Years Foundation Stage Principles .
